The 2010 Exhibitor Information is now available.   The floor plan is now available. 

The American Association for the Surgery of Trauma will hold its 69th Annual Meeting September 22-25, 2010 in Boston, MA.  

Attendees

The meeting attracts about 700-800 medical personnel whose primary interest lies in the investigation and the treatment of various forms of trauma and the application of surgical critical care. It is expected that 10% of attendees will be from Europe, South America, Asia and Africa.

Exhibit Space

Exhibitors will be provided with 8' x 10 draped booths,  2 chairs, a wastebasket and a draped table. The floor plan is now available. 

Exhibit Hours

(Exhibit hours are subject to change.)

Wednesday, September 22: 5:00 - 7:00 pm (A Poster Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall)
Thursday, September 23:  6:45 - 11:30 am, 1:30 - 3:00 pm (breakfast, and a morning break will be held in the exhibit hall.  An afternoon break will be provided for attendees in the exhibit hall)
Friday, September 24:  7:00 - 10:00 am and 12:45 - 1:45 pm (breakfast and morning break will be held in exhibit hall)

Exhibit set-up will be from 12:00 - 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 22, 2010; and tear down will be from 1:45 - 5:00 pm on Friday, September 24th.

Cancellation Policy

If an exhibiting company cancels 90 days prior to the event, refunds will be made if the exhibit space is resold.  If the exhibit space is resold, 100% will be refunded.  All other refunds will be made once a formal request for cancellation is received in writing and approved.
