  • Welcome to the AAST e-Learning/CME website

AAST is now providing online CME for JOT articles and archived Grand Rounds.  Soon to come are also archived Annual Meeting sessions and topic specific webinars.  All courses provide AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM and has a self-assessment component as required for the fulfillment of Part 2 of the American Board of Surgery Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program to Physicians.  By the second half of the year nurses and non-physicians will also be able to claim credit.  If you are an AAST member these courses are all included in your membership fee.  If you are not currently an AAST member a nominal fee will apply after you create a web account.

All courses are searchable below by course type, category and level of difficulty for your convenience.  Please check back regularly for new content as we will be continuously updating this website over the next few weeks.  We hope that you find these new CME opportunities to be educational, convenient and useful in your daily practice.  Should you have any questions or need any assistance at any time, please contact the AAST Education Manager, Sarah Cohen at scohen@aast.org or 312.202.5293.
